The living area seamlessly flows into an open-plan dining space, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying family meals. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Functional and chic, this space features top-of-the-line appliances, abundant marble counter space, and sleek cabinetry. Guest access To access the property, enter the building's main entrance with the security key. You then walk up two flights of stairs where you will reach the top floor, and you will find the flat to your right. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays. Once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. Please note that the stairs to walk up to the flat once inside the flat door are quite narrow. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans upon request regardless of the length of the booking. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
